African American Chamber of Commerce
The African-American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) of Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware is the leading private sector advocate for black-owned businesses in the Delaware Valley. The Chamber represents the interests of such business in the public and private sector forums. The chamber also offers management and technical assistance programs to improve the effectiveness of black-owned businesses in the region.

 
Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education
Adult basic education programs funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education, provide a full range of instructional services that address the basic educational needs of adults and families. The objective of the programs offered is the improvement of the literacy skills of educationally disadvantaged adults to levels of proficiency necessary for them to meet their needs and goals in their roles as citizens, workers, and family members.
 
Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry
L&I administers benefits to unemployed individuals, workers' compensation to individuals with job related injuries, and provides vocational rehabilitation to individuals with disabilities. The Department prepares job seekers for the global workforce through employment and job training services for adult, youth, older workers, and dislocated workers. In addition, L&I enforces various laws and safety standards in the workplace and administers the Commonwealth's programs for community service by young Pennsylvanians.

L&I also promotes economic development and an improved business climate through a variety of initiatives and programs to help Pennsylvania's workforce remain world-class and globally competitive.

Pennsylvania Economy League
The Pennsylvania Economy League is an independent, nonprofit public policy research and development organization. PEL's mission is to promote better government for a more competitive region by providing information and support to the civic leadership of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
 
Pennsylvania Partners
Pennsylvania Partners is a statewide association, headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.  As " Pennsylvania's Workforce Development Association," Pennsylvania Partners promotes, enhances and serves the interests of local workforce development partnerships in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The association represents local workforce development professionals affiliated with the Workforce Investment Act, as well as other Federal, State, and local workforce development initiatives across the Commonwealth.  Pennsylvania Partners offers Associate Memberships to organizations and individuals who want to become involved in workforce development initiatives.
