Neighborhood Centers EARN new name
Employment Advancement and Retention Network Centers to open throughout City, offering welfare to work services

The TANF Neighborhood Centers have a new name, EARN, “Employment Advancement and Retention Network” Centers. The name was conceived to communicate the real mission of the Centers, which is to transition individuals from welfare to work and to support them over time to achieve higher wages and long term attachment to work. Impact Services was chosen to implement the pilot for these centers. EDSI in partnership with the Caring People Alliance will open a New EARN Center in the upcoming months and Congreso will open the third EARN Center soon thereafter.
