The Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (PWDC) serves as the region’s premier workforce development agency. In addition to providing employment and training services to both employers and job seekers, PWDC also serves as a vital resource for news on workforce development legislation, programs, initiatives, reports, and more.
In addition, we serve the Greater Philadelphia region by utilizing the agency’s more than 20 year history and reputation for placing thousands of individuals into employment to speak expertly on issues as they pertain to the reality and challenges faced when serving an urban workforce, trends in hiring, labor market predictions and initiatives, and other issues relevant to all who are interested in the vitality of our Greater Philadelphia regional economy. |
