EARN System

The EARN System is committed to helping job candidates and employers find each other on the pathway to success.  Services provided for employers at no cost include:

  • Access to tax breaks, wage subsidies, and other financial incentives for hiring EARN job seekers
     
  • Job candidate pre-screening in advance of placement
  • General work readiness as well as job specific skills training in various industries
     
  • Ongoing case management and support for job candidates and employers to promote retention

The EARN System is comprised of Employment, Advancement, Retention Network Centers and various Jobs Specific Skills Training (JSST) Providers located in neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia.  The EARN System provides job readiness and business skills training to job candidates who are placed in employment in Philadelphia County, surrounding suburban counties and southern New Jersey.
