PWDC is charged with delivering all the necessary workforce resources to support employers and their personnel regardless of the size of the business. We offer a range of services and incentives to employers, particularly those that hire from select labor pools. Employees hired through our systems may be eligible for training dollars that benefit businesses by helping to retain workers. We also have access to state funding to help upgrade the skills of your current workers. All of these services can mitigate the costs involved in growing your business at no cost to the employer.
