PWDC, or the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit corporation that serves as the City of Philadelphia’s fiscal agent for employment and training dollars. This grants us the ability to, along with our many partners, assess the region’s workforce needs and meet them in a manner that is efficient and most productive for our region’s employers and workforce.
